Ardingly College is an independent school known for its beautiful campus and well-maintained gardens. We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Gardener to join our team. As an Estate Gardener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the gardens and horticultural areas throughout the College.

Main Duties Will Include
• Maintaining and developing horticultural areas, gardens and borders
• Pruning, weeding, planting, mowing, edging, fertilising, irrigation, lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance
• Monitoring the health of all plants and green spaces
• Maintaining high standards in appearance of roads and footpaths
• Working closely with other members of the Estates team to maintain the overall appearance of the College grounds.
