Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties.

You will need an experienced background in kitchen & bathrooms, cyclical works, windows, and internal/external decorations. You will be managing a team of internal and external subcontractors across multiple sites covering the Sussex & Kent area.

Responsibilities:
