Job description Schallenberg International Limited are a solely owned, leading Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Logistics Company, located in Felixstowe. We are looking for a reliable team member, to input via EDI systems, customs entries for cargo through all UK ports via Sea, Road & Air. This includes all aspects of customs procedures and regulations. While varied in its nature, the role will suit those with a high degree of customer service & a multi-tasking skillset, Daily communication with our Overseas & UK Customers, ensuring Customers own KPIs are adhered to at all times All procedures and time frames described in our SOP documents must be followed Previous experience of Shipping, Customs and Freight Forwarding would be preferable, but not essential Provide a high level of customer service Highly accurate Proficient communicator; verbal and written IT proficient Organised & the ability to work under pressure Experience of handling multiple accounts / customers Strong decision...
