Total Staff Services are currently recruiting for a permanent role we have available in Ellesmere Port as a Dispatch Operative. Your duties will include collecting information, updating spreadsheets and reports and circulating to the Management Team. You will also co-ordinate internal and external stock reports, update customers with order status and chase suppliers to ensure that targets are met on time. Salary guideline is between £21k-£23k depending on experience. Hours of work are 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 16.00 on Friday with a 45 Minute lunch. Duties will Include : Checking orders before dispatch to ensure measurements and amounts of stock are correct. Updating files and reports online. Chase suppliers for stock and orders. Creating reports for online stock. Getting orders ready to be dispatched. This role is permanent with an interview process.
