Job Description

The CAD Design Technician will report directly to the Design Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be adept at managing a variety of design processes and projects, and demonstrate proficiency with computers and relevant software.

Key Skills And Software Proficiency
• Inventor 3D
• 2D CAD software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Previous experience in a similar role

Roles And Duties
• Assisting the Design Office Manager in managing CAD/Drawing standards.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and drawing publication.
• General software troubleshooting.
• Developing new machinery as needed.
• Overseeing the design and documentation of standard parts in conjunction with the Design Office Manager.
• Programming standard configurable machines.
• Providing general design troubleshooting and advice.
