MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Control Role Specific Responsibilities

· Chasing clients on a two-week lookahead on due invoices ensuring all payments are received on time

· Populating and updating client statement of accounts

· Populating and updating 13-week cash lookahead, linking to finance report for overall business cashflow review

· Updating unbilled status reports

· Attending and leading weekly AR meetings with Senior Leadership team

· Cash allocation in ERP system

Administration Role Specific Responsibilities

- Rolling Customer application for payment on a monthly basis ensuring previous invoice details included

- Population of Customer applications for payment with daily site reports, milestones, other contract items
