Result of Service

The Consultant for Hunger and Food Insecurity will produce a Thematic Analysis Report of the Alagoas Sem Fome Program, developed by the Government of the State of Alagoas since 2023, to tackle food insecurity. The analysis will present recommendations for policy strengthening based on an analysis of its implementation and governance, and a proposal for a framework for its monitoring and evaluation (M&E) using the Public Policy Observatory of Alagoas as one of its methodological resources. This study should also base its recommendations on the Sustainable Development Goals and the New Urban Agenda.
