Our client is seeking new Client Advisors to join their team in the fashion industry.

As a Client Advisor, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inbound client assistance, including receiving calls and emails from clients
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge
• Travel between stores and offices (after 3 months)

Qualifications:
• Retail experience, particularly with high-end products
• Passion for fashion and ability to propose/sell styles to clients
• Digital skills and comfort with technology
