Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier at Saltt Oleander Farms karjat located in Karjat. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for selecting and curating the wine and beverage menu for the restaurant. You will work closely with chefs to create food and wine pairings and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and the menu. Additionally, you will manage the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.

Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of different types of wines, regions, vineyards, and vintages
• Proven experience in wine selection and pairing
• Strong understanding of wine tasting techniques and ability to describe flavors and aromas
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with chefs and restaurant staff
