Position: Shipper / Receiver
Location: Halton Hills
Temporary role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Split duties between shipping and receiving functions Hours shall be 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Receive material from couriers and trucking companies. Ensure all material received is for Mold Maters and the piece count matches the delivery manifest Confirm physical check of material received to verify quantities/part numbers are correct Receive POs into SAP or non-PO items into the receiving log Forward material to the stockroom on a timely basis Process all RAs and forward material to the appropriate person/department Investigate receiving discrepancies working with the Purchasing department Assist with other receipts that may occur i.e

maintenance Scan receiving backup documents into SAP File NAFTA certificates received with shipments in the NAFTA binder Load and unload trucks as required Received and processed systems/spare parts orders for same-day shipping. Process in... More Detail
