Role And Responsibilities
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the residents needs;
• Develop, revise and implement the resident care profiles;
• Order, administer and store medications and treatments in compliance with the policies of the facility, pharmacy and standards of the College of Nurses;
• Provide direct patient care
• Practice under the CNO standards
• Follow facility policies and procedures
• Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting
• Practice under the College of Nurses standards
