CG19 - $20.45 - $22.07 per hour

Duties And Responsibilities
• This position is an integral part of the Facilities Management team and is based out of College of the North Atlantic’s Grand Falls-Windsor Campus.
• This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient facility.
• Responsible for moving and assembling furniture in classrooms, offices and boardrooms.
• General cleaning of the facility.
• Completing set-up/breakdown for internal and external functions.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of freight from delivery trucks; delivering heavy materials to classrooms, offices and/or other buildings when required.
• Providing building security and ensuring all doors are locked at the end of the day and the alarm is set.
• Operating forklift; keeping receiving area tidy; removing garbage; keeping the shed organized and disposing of broken equipment and fixtures.
