DUTIES: The role of the instructor will be to facilitate learning to students in theory, lab, and clinical as part of the Practical Nursing program at College of the North Atlantic’s Grand Falls-Windsor Campus. The Instructor will incorporate their own teaching style to existing lesson plans while meeting the learning objectives of the course material; work with other faculty members to ensure a coordinated and consistent teaching approach to ensure the planned curriculum for each course is delivered; prepare and implement various instructional strategies, techniques, and learning modules using an approved curriculum to achieve specified learning outcomes; utilize and advocate for the use of technology to advance teaching and learning; establish student performance objectives and evaluation methods; administer various assessments; meet with students regularly to gauge and evaluate progress; set a professional example and...
