Job Responsibility
• Developing procedures to enhance productivity
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Generate performance reports, handle customer inquiries, manage budgets, and implement safety policies.
• Coordination with other departments and staying updated on industry trends
• Oversee stock levels and conduct counts.
• Organize inventory for efficient retrieval.
• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping.
• â Ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks.
• Develop procedures to enhance productivity.
• Monitor operations for improvements.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Implement automation and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate and analyze KPIs.
• Provide performance updates to management.

Job Requirements
• SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field.â â
