Job Responsibility

Human Resources
• To provide support in daily basis of HR responsibilities
• To assist in the recruitment processes by advertising vacancy opening, screening of possible candidates, conducting interview and hiring for Local employees and also colaborate with hired agency on the uptake of new employment of foreign workers
• To assist in preparing any related employment documents such as Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter or any Disciplinary Letter
• To coordinate any related training for the betterment of worker via HRDF claimable courses To aid in any inquiries from workers
• To keep in stock for office equipments and stationaries To keep in check on the foreign worker related documents such as Renewal of Permit, Passport and FOMEMA
• To assist in calculating and updating OT, Allowance, AL and MC for monthly salary purpose in SQL Payroll system
