• Primary Responsibilities
• Proactively identify cardholder fraud and high risk merchant processing by reviewing specialized reporting on failed connections, & report brute force authorizations, and forced transactions
• Examine and analyze suspended transactions to determine release or deletion.
• Review, track and action Card Brand alerts on high risk activity & report activity to card associations promptly
• Liaise with Internal and external software vendors to mitigate & resolve card testing events on all GP portfolios refining merchant website security & software settings.
• Review to approve or decline merchant’s requests to update High Risk bank accounts and to evaluate and confirm validity of customer documents through research and use of Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) & Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
• Review, approve or decline merchant requests to adjust credit card /ACH product control settings such as terminal functionalities & thresholds.
