Primary Responsibilities

This role is essential for maximizing revenue and ensuring the financial success of the hotel properties within the cluster. It involves daily channel management, strategic planning, data analysis, cost optimisation, and collaboration across various departments to achieve the financial goals of the cluster.

Job Functions
• Work with hotel GMs and leaders to formulate revenue strategies and execution.
• Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices -- rate loading, rate grid and rate plan creation, channel management, pricing, etc.
• Manage availability and rates across all distribution channels to optimise REVPAR and overall channel costs while maintaining a healthy RGI and rate parity.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and optimise distribution partnerships.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to hotel management while using various tools and platforms to understand market dynamics, demand generators, and hotel trends.
