Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of human resource function within the Hotel and assist in the overall effective co-ordination of human resources activities and provide administrative support to the department.

Core Responsibilities
• Work closely with the General Manager about business plan, organizational and job design.
• Ensure that the Hotel is in compliance with the HR Audit and develop the necessary action plan.
• Ensure that all employment contracts are in compliance with the local regulatory standards.
• Oversee and manage the talent acquisition activities so that all recruitment related hiring processes are in accordance to the Hotel's policies and procedures.
• Reviewing current compensation and benefits for team members of different levels.
• Coordinate employee-related recreational activities, including staff cafeteria, staff briefings, and employee-related recreational activities including Best Signs of Importance,
