We're working with a Microsoft Gold Partner business, looking to expand their 2nd line team due to growth. This team is already well-established and offers full Microsoft training and certifications.

Responsibilities
• Provide 2nd Tier technical support, answering inbound support queries and receiving escalation from 1st Tier Service
• Perform efficient diagnosis and resolve as the 2nd stage of Service escalation
• Maintain an impeccable level of customer service and interaction for all support queries
• Adhere to all Service management, security and quality management principles

Requirements
• 3+ years' of technical support experience
• Windows Server, On-prem & O365 knowledge
• Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN)
