Job Title: Embedded Development Team Lead

Location: Cardiff (2 days in office)

Salary: £80,000 to £85,000

The company is well-known across the world for its products and this team will be working on firmware platforms for future generations.

60% Management / 40% hands-on with a team of 7.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Implementation of embedded test solutions primarily in C and C#.
• Creation of design documentation.
• Practical hands-on experience working with and debugging embedded systems.
• Overseeing the team.
• Validation of tuning production firmware

Experience with the following will be needed:
• Has strong knowledge of C language programming for embedded platforms.
• Has experience in conducting source code reviews and deploying formal coding.
• Has strong analytical skills to identify bug root causes & identify potential solutions.
• Is experienced in performance tuning & debugging on embedded devices.
