Your Role And Responsibilities - Residential Child Care Worker
• You will ensure that our children and young people are cared for in every aspect of their lives including, keeping them safe from harm, support for education, cooking, cleaning, and taking part in fun activities.
• You will provide crucial support to our care teams across a small number of homes within the same geographical area.
• You will receive a full induction, shadow shifts, and in-depth training, including a full introduction to Therapeutic Parenting.
