An exciting opportunity has arisen for a job share rolewithin a not for profit, people focused organisation based in St Helens.

St Helens Rota are looking for a practice manager to shareroles and responsibilities with another part time manager in a small practiceof less than 4000 patients.

Main duties of the job

Motivating and managing staff within thepractice on a day to day basis.

Helping the practice achieve its long termobjectives.

Ensuring all aspects of CQC criteria is maintainedto the highest standards at all times, inclusive of completing and updating ofpolicies and procedures for the practice at all appropriate intervals.
