This organisation is a public sector body based in Co. Antrim, which has a large estate spanning several acres over a number of locations with a range of buildings varying in ages. Due to internal promotions, they have an immediate requirement for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to assist their estates department on long term temporary basis.

Your new role

This is a temporary position for an anticipated duration of 6 months based in either Antrim / Newtownabbey working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

As an M&E Project Manager, you will work as a member of the Operational Engineering Team within the Estate Division and have responsibility across a range of disciplines to assist in ensuring the satisfactory delivery of minor works projects currently defined as projects up to approximately £30K from inception to completion.
