Based at our site in Winsford , we are recruiting a key role within SYNETIQ that aims to lead a high-performing team and center of excellence.

The primary goal? To ensure our Transport Scheduling function operates seamlessly, meeting the needs of our clients and business while adhering to SLAs. This leadership position involves ensuring team members achieve their KPIs, receive ongoing coaching, and have opportunities for development.

Key Areas of Responsibility, Activities & Tasks Involved
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
• Motivating the team to achieve daily goals
• Developing the team to achieve targets
• Delegating tasks to team members to ensure daily workloads are completed
• Conducting training to develop the team to maximize their potential
• Call policy holders, following company GDPR training/script, to arrange collection of accident damaged vehicles ensuring correct information is collected and all drivers' notes updated accordingly
