CK Group are recruiting for a Capabilities Manager - Learning Operations to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 10 months. This role has been determined as Inside IR35 and so working options of PAYE via CK or Umbrella company will be available.

Salary:

Daily £263.88/£339.27 PAYE or £350/£450 Umbrella

Capabilities Manager - Learning Operations Role:
• Drive the Capability engagement and communication across the function to promote learning opportunities using a multi-channel approach (intranet, community chat, newsletter, fire chat, nudges, etc.).
• Curate learning resources aligned to capabilities strategies to provide frequent learning opportunities to the organization
