CK Group are recruiting for a Regulatory Specialist to join a chemicals manufacturing company in the construction industry at their site based in Belper, on a full time permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is a well-established chemicals manufacturing company who are looking for a regulatory specialist who will be responsible for regulatory compliance for the European business.

Location:

This role is located in Belper, commutable from Derby and surrounding areas.

Research & Development Manager Role:

Your main duties will be to:
• Authoring and management of SDS in compliance with UK and International regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with various regulations relate to business including, UK and EU REACH, GB and EU CLP and PIC.
• Compiling Poison Centre Notifications Dossiers and maintaining compliance with Member State requirements.
• Monitoring currently used chemicals for risk analysis on future regulatory actions or restrictions.
