Stratford on Avon and Warwick District Councils have joined forces to create a shared Legal Team for South Warwickshire, providing a full range of legal services to both authorities.

We have a vacancy for a Lawyer in our Property Team which covers a wide range of commercial property-related work, such as lease renewals, licences, acquisitions and disposals and development agreements. There is also an opportunity to undertake some residential property transactions, including shared ownership and affordable housing transactions.

It is an exciting time to join an expanding legal team that is friendly and supportive with a strong team ethic.
