Position: Curriculum Development Lead

Location: Lyneham, Wiltshire

Salary: £42,000 DOE

Flexible/Hybrid working with 1 day based in Lyneham

What you will be doing:

To plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum for the various programmes which form the Army Apprenticeships contract, and are part of the Quality Team assuring Engineering Apprenticeships

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Update our existing Apprenticeship curriculum, develop any new curriculum and teaching materials.
• Coordinate with other departments and the Army that teach and develop part of the Apprenticeship curriculum to ensure that our records reflect what is being taught in their area.
• Coordinate with other departments and the Army to ensure we have assessment results and evidence needed for moderation.
• Update mapping of Army delivery into the apprenticeship
