Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
• First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and services requests received by telephone and email.
• Working with GTR Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA
• Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location and service delivery arrangements
• Prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand
• Have a proven track record in Facilities Management within an administration/helpdesk role and a strong CAFM system knowledge
• Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
Required / Skills
• GCSE's or equivalent - Grade C in English and Maths
• Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently
