Our work matters to millions. It’ll matter to you too. Join our Living Places team as a Highway Maintenance Ganger on the Lincolnshire Highways Contract and you’ll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.

Responsible for carrying out a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to kerb laying and footway improvements, laying and compacting asphalt & foam base, drainage work, traffic signal chambers and ducting, vegetation clearance, excavating holes and trenches and working with vacuum excavators. All to a high standard, safely and at a commercial pace.

As a Highway Maintenance Ganger, you will have the following responsibilities:

Lead the gang to ensure all works are carried out safely, to the right quality and on time within budget
