About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing team in Lincoln

What you'll be doing

Assist the Team with the collation of data for Performance Indicators.

Collate and distribute weekly updates where required. • Daily recording and record keeping.

Cover Plan of the day when required.

Book conference rooms – internally and externally for the team meetings; Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager.

Who we're looking for

Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator;

Excellent Communication Skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Honest Reliable and Professional Person;

Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team;

Organised with excellent timekeeping skills;

Computer Literate.
