We are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team in providing compassionate care to individuals in the community. The role involves supporting people within their home and assisting with daily activities to ensure their well-being.

Duties:

- Assist the client with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support individuals with mobility and physical activities
- Help in the preparation and serving of meals
- Engage client in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care plans
- Communicate effectively with families, and colleagues
- Utilise electronic systems for record keeping and reporting

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting
- Ability to drive and own a car is required
- Proficient in English language
