As New Truck Sales Commercial Manager the main focus of the role is to support the Sales Director with
• Commercial decision making across all Sales Channels
• Sales growth strategies
• KPI’s & Financial reporting & analysis
• Managing and supporting Interaction across all departments, within STILL & KION Group as required.

To be considered for this role, you will need experience of the following areas:

Proven experience of negotiation, influencing & problem solving in a sales / commercial environment.

High commercial acumen, with a solution orientated mindset.

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Ability to thrive in a commercial and time pressured environment by means of a consistent and professional approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Industry knowledge
