The Unit Manager will be responsible for the direct clinical management and leadership of the team and patients within the Acute Medical Unit .

AMU is a busy 24-hour unit comprising of a 50 in-patient beds. The unit accepts patients presenting with acute medical conditions who require short term acute medical care covering a variety of specialities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment who aspires to deliver a high standard of quality care within a team where everyone’s contribution is valued.

We work closely with our ED colleagues, assessment areas within the division of Urgent Care and our Medical Division colleagues to ensure a safe patient journey from hospital to home.
