This is an exciting opportunity for committed and resilient individual to join the Clinical Site management Team as a Bed Manager at the Royal Oldham Hospital

The Clinical Site Management Team supports command and control for the site - ensuring the patient's journey through the hospital is expedited to support efficient flow and capacity in all areas, in addition to maintaining a positive experience for patients.

Working closely alongside colleagues in all clinical areas and support services you will have a nursing background and an understanding of patient flow.

The post holder will be responsible for daily coordinating the efficient use of beds. Therefore, enabling transfers of an effective, safe and satisfactory experience for patients moving throughout the site.
