Are you passionate about supporting families and communities? Do you have experience working with children, young people, and their families to achieve positive outcomes? We are seeking a dedicated Family Hub Coach to join Staffordshire County Council in Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will work effectively with children and families to secure improved outcomes and reduce the need for specialist service interventions.

Pay: £16.70 per hour

Location: Staffordshire Moorlands

Contract: 3 months plus ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage children, young people, and their parents/carers to ensure appropriate access to early and statutory education.
Complete direct work, including emergency work, with children, young people, and their families, maximizing their involvement in accordance with outcomes identified in the child's plan.
