Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and young people in care? We're looking for a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team in Burton. You’ll work with experienced managers and senior support workers to provide exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children and young people with EBD in daily activities and interests.
• Promote their independence and wellbeing.
• Participate in weekends away, holidays, and trips.
• Engage in evening and weekend activities.
• Protect and ensure the health and welfare of the children.
• Provide emotional and practical support within the home.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care plans and safety guidelines.
• Manage and reduce challenging behaviors.
