GSL Education is seeking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Lincoln, to start immediately.

You will provide cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-planned lessons and managing student behaviour, across the curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Supervisor classes across the curriculum in the event of a teacher absence.
Ensure that pupils are engaging in pre-planned work.
Manage pupil behaviour to create a safe and positive learning environment.
Liaise with other staff members in regard to work being set and ensure you have all suitable resources.
Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil attendance, engagement and completion of work tasks.
