Youll be responsible for design and development of combustion systems for gas turbines. Lets talk about you Your profile Educated to degree level or equivalent in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. Masters or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Understanding of combustion fundamentals related to either power generation or aerospace applications.

Experimental techniques, and emissions measurement

Experience of CFD modelling (StarCCM), acoustic modelling (COMSOL) is beneficial

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic, able to work of own initiative and ability to be proactive.

Experience with design and test experience in rotating machinery or equivalent

Working towards Chartered Membership status of an engineering institution will be advantageous.
