Due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a permanent role with our client covering their new build housing developments around the Boston area. The successful applicants must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing (or assisting with the management of) residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers. You will possess current relevant health & safety and Site Management qualifications (although they are always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all their employees).
