Carter Rolan Group are working with an exciting company in their search for a Sales and Operations Manager. This role is pivotal within the group, who have a turnover of over 40 million. You will be reporting into UK Director. This role is based in Ashford with frequent travel to the Birmingham area.

Some of the key responsibilities:
• Clearly understand the company's positioning, identify market trends, and spot growth opportunities.
• Operational management of the site, overseeing the implementation of sales actions, team development, and profitability.
• Oversee, Commercial, Purchasing, Technical, Production, Logistics.
• Setting up KPIs to monitor productivity, performance and stock value.

Ideal Candidate:
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Knowledge of production management tools
• Needs a 'satisfy customers’ mindset.
• Salary is north of 65K.
• Hours: 39per week.
