Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a Packaging Manufacturing Manager from a strong engineering background in the Bridgend area on a permanent basis.

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility in the food packaging industry. This role requires a strong background in health and safety management, as well as engineering expertise. The successful candidate will ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
