You can look forward to
• Evaluating relevant laws & regulations in the core business of technical building management (operator responsibility)
• Defining action fields and elaborating change requirements incl. implementation recommendations based on normative standards (change management)
• Representing the client's interests in projects, expert point of contact for outside third parties and in-house customers
• Supporting tendering procedures, involvement in placement
• Supporting installations within technical building managements incl. on-call duty
• Development and ongoing optimisation of internal standards & processes
