• * Fuze HR is looking for Customer service representatives. The agents will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers, customer requests, offering alternatives if necessary, etc.

Must have availability to work according to different schedules:
Monday to Friday between 9 a.m.

-9 p.m.Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. – 9 p.m Salary: 18.50 $/hour Main tasks of the Customer Service Representative:
Increasing brand loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve unsatisfactory service issues in accordance with established policies and procedures

Offering exceptional first level technical and general support to stores Documenting, tracking and following through on all Customer Service conversations

Supporting ecommerce sales with effective communication to customers as it relates to the product, promotions, returns and exchanges policies
