About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

3. Help implement and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.

4. Contribute to HR analytics projects, analyze data, and provide insights to improve HR strategies and processes.

5. Assist in developing and executing HR branding initiatives, promoting the company's culture and values.

6. Support employee engagement activities, including organizing events, conducting employee surveys, and managing recognition programs.
