Role and Responsibilities
• Preparing offers for purchasing a property and sending it for signing.
• Preparing listing agreements and uploading the listing for sale or lease for sellers/landlords.
• Preparing documentations related to a deal and making sure all deal related documents are collected from agents and other brokerages within closing date.
• Entering the deal in lonewolf (the accounting and deal management software) and needs to learn in its functionalities

Requirements
