We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join our team.

Eurilait is the English subsidiary of two large French dairies, Laita and Eurial. We import cheese from our parent companies in France and from other third-party suppliers all over Europe. We then cut and pack the cheese in our Evercreech factory before distributing to our customers across the UK. From local farm shops to the major supermarkets, we tailor our offering to meet each unique set of requirements.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead and support a team of Technical Support Managers to ensure supplier compliance with regulatory standards, BRC, and continuous customer compliance. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be required to collaborate with stakeholders from across the business, ensuring the right resources and capabilities are in place to deliver food safety, food integrity, food legislation, and food quality.
