Day/night Care Assistant

This is a permanent position required for 18 hours per week. You will attend the personal needs of clients in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the Handbook for Care Assistants. These duties will include physical and emotional caring, aiming to create a homely atmosphere for residents, and help them achieve maximum independence. You will be educated to NVQ2 in Social Care or similar, and have previous working experience within a care environment together with an understanding and respect for elderly people with disabilities. Safeguarding and protecting children and adults at risk is a high priority for Pembrokeshire County Council.
