Job Purpose: To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation in providing meals, snacks, and other catering services. To ensure the provision of an extensive multi-choice cash-cafeteria service in compliance with the School Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007 within a large catering establishment.

This will encompass direct control over, production, ordering and provisions and maintenance of stock levels. Smooth effective and efficient running of the catering services within the school including the supervision and training of a large team of staff employed on site.
