The Opportunity

A rare vacancy has arisen for a General Manager to lead a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts in Marine North Berwick which has reopened in 2021 following a significant hotel refurbishment. The role reports to our Regional Director of Operations. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experience, be skilled developer of people and have expert ability to drive commercial performance.

As the leader of the business, you will have expert knowledge in the marketplace and will use this to drive sales across all key segments whilst maximising revenue and leveraging occupancy. You will live our brand values and ensure steps of service are delivered professionally and consistently.
